PROBLEM FOODS – THE CULPRITS
There are a great many problem foods that people cannot tolerate, are allergic to, or must avoid for health reasons.
To narrow it down a little, Safer Eating has focused on the 14 food allergens covered by law and regulations for pre-packed food and drink. From December 2014, this also includes non pre-packed foods, i.e. any food or drink served to customers – from a three-course meal to cakes on a cake stand.
