Chilli sauce (kebab central)

Reduce the ingredients accordingly if you wish to make a smaller amount

Serves:

This makes a lot of sauce. Keeps in the fridge for a few days and also freezes.


Ingredients

1 tin of chopped/plum tomatoes

1 tsp tomato puree

1 tsp white wine vinegar (check for gluten)

1/2 tsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce (e.g. Biona)

1/2 a large red chilli (sliced) - use more if you like it VERY spicy!

Optional: salt to taste

1 tsp rice wine vinegar

3 cloves of garlic (sliced)


Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl/blender

2. Blend. Voila!

Serving suggestion: Serve with lamb, chicken or vegetable kebabs. You beaut!
