Chocolate coated skewers

Ingredients

1-2 bars dairy-free/dark chocolate (e.g. Kinnerton luxury dark chocolate) - check for soya, milk and gluten)

100g marshmallows

200g strawberries

Sprinkle of icing sugar


Method

1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of water

2. Coat the strawberries and the marshmallows by dipping them in to the chocolate, rolling and then lifting them out

3. Place the coated fruit and marshmallows onto skewers and then onto greaseproof paper on large plates/trays

4. Place them in the fridge so the chocolate hardens

5. Sprinkle with icing sugar
