Ingredients

4 tbsp mayonnaise (check for milk)

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic granules (use 1 clove of fresh, crushed garlic if you prefer)

Salt and pepper to taste


Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl

2. Mix together thoroughly

3. Chill in the fridge prior to serving

Serving suggestion: A perfect accompaniment to kebabs, pizza, salads, chips - the list goes on forever.
