Easy gluten and dairy-free garlic bread

Gluten, lactose/milk, nuts, egg, lupin, sesame, soya, mustard, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, sulphites, meat. VEGAN

This also works well with gluten-free baguettes

Preparation time:

5 minutes

Cooking time:

10 minutes




1 medium gluten-free pizza base (e.g. Venice Bakery) - check for milk and lupin

2 tbsp dairy-free spread (e.g. Flora Dairy Free Spread)

½ tsp garlic granules

½ tsp dried mixed herbs


1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (or the temperature it states on the packet if you have not made the base fresh)

2. Mix all the ingredients together well

3. Spread over the top of the pizza base

4. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes (or how long it states on the packet if you have not made the base fresh)

5. Slice and serve
