Spicy prawn pasta

Alternatives:
Substitute the prawns for other seafood/shellfish e.g. squid or use meat. For a vegetarian/vegan option try aubergine and peppers or tofu

Ingredients
200g free-from pasta e.g. Dove’s Farm (check for lupin)
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 large cloves garlic
1 chilli
20 raw king prawns
Method
1. Cook the pasta as the instructions advise
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a low-medium heat
3. Add the garlic and chilli and fry gently until a strong aroma is released and they are cooked, but not brown/burnt (approximately 3-5 minutes)
4. Add the king prawns and fry until they are pink and cooked thoroughly (approximately 5 minutes)
5. Rinse the pasta in boiling water and add to the frying pan. Stir and serve
Serving suggestion: Serve with nice, leafy salad
Add or reduce the amount of chilli to your taste.
