OUR EDINBURGH RESTAURANT WAS ONCE HOME TO THE WORKSHOPS OF CICERI & CO; FAMOUS CARVERS AND GILDERS (CIRCA 1860).
We are proud to have retained the original brickwork, fireplace and beams as well as adding some modern touches that nod to our locations well known history. Perfectly situated between the New Town and the main shopping thoroughfare of Princes Street, Belted basement restaurant and bar is warm, welcoming and quirky. So... for the best gourmet burgers in Edinburgh, made from 100% PRIME Scottish beef direct from farm to fork, from gate to plate...stop by and say hello!
Open daily from noon and serving food and takeaway until midnight 7 days a week. The bar is open until 1am.
